- Equipment location address
- Product Serial Number
- Sales Receipt (date, product, company)
- Installation Invoice (if applicable)

Standard Warranty

TradeGrade Products
- Purchased from retail store, pool builder, or service company: 1-3 year warranty
- Purchased online: 60-day limited warranty only

Ecommerce (EC) Products
- Purchased from Authorized Online Reseller: General: 1-year warranty (parts only)
- Exceptions: IntelliChlor cells: 2-year warranty (parts only) or IntelliFlo SVRS pumps: 2-year warranty (parts only)

- Qualified Installer: Licensed professional charging a fee (e.g., pool professional, plumber, electrician, contractor)
- Bundled Products: Must be on same invoice and installed simultaneously. If any product is ineligible, the entire bundle loses extended warranty.
