What is your return window?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping and restocking?
Unless the product arrived damaged or wrong, the customer will handle return shipping. A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective, unused returns.
What items qualify for return or exchange?
Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Installation, used parts, or items showing wear cannot be returned under this policy.
Who handles the manufacturer warranty?
You are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (such as Pentair, Hayward, Raypak, Jandy). Therefore, you file directly with the manufacturer.
What typical warranty periods apply?
Most major pool-equipment brands offer 1–3 year standard coverage. For example, Raypak offers up to 3 years when certain products are properly installed.
What could void the warranty?
Common exclusions include improper installation or maintenance, use outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, missing registration, or damage from external causes.

Purchased from retail store, pool builder, or service company: 1-3 year warranty
Purchased online: 60-day limited warranty only
Ecommerce (EC) Products
Purchased from Authorized Online Reseller: General: 1-year warranty (parts only)
All EC or online purchase authorized pool equipment must go directly to the manufacturer for all warranty claims.
Important Notes:
Qualified Installer: Licensed professional charging a fee (e.g., pool professional, plumber, electrician, contractor)
Bundled Products: Must be on same invoice and installed simultaneously. If any product is ineligible, the entire bundle loses extended warranty.
