Freight Shipping Policy

Certain oversized or heavy products—such as heaters, multiple pumps, large filters, and patio heaters—must ship via freight carrier instead of standard parcel delivery.

Freight Cost Responsibility

All freight shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Free shipping applies only to standard parcel orders over $150. Freight shipments are not eligible for free shipping due to weight, size, and handling requirements.

Common misunderstanding: Orders over $150 that qualify as freight do not ship free. Freight costs are quoted separately and must be approved before the order ships.

Freight Quote & Liftgate Service

Because most of our customers are residential or small businesses without forklift access, a liftgate is required for delivery and included in your freight quote. This ensures safe curbside unloading at your location.

The inclusion of liftgate service is why freight quotes may appear higher — it guarantees safe handling and delivery to your property.

Once your order is placed:

  • Our team will contact you with a custom freight quote including liftgate service.
  • You’ll review and approve the freight cost.
  • Once approved, we’ll schedule the shipment with the appropriate carrier.

Freight Returns

If you need to return a freight-shipped product:

  • The customer is responsible for return freight costs.
  • If you cannot arrange your own carrier, we can schedule pickup on your behalf.
  • We will send you a return freight invoice for the cost, and once it’s paid, we’ll coordinate pickup with our carrier.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.

Shipping Times

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.

  • Order by 2:00 p.m. MST → usually ships same day
  • Processing time: 24–48 hours for most items
  • Transit time: 3–5 business days for standard ground shipping
  • Expedited options: available at checkout
  • Weekend & holiday orders: ship the next business day

Factors such as carrier pickup schedules, delivery driver availability, order volume, weather, or unforeseen warehouse issues may occasionally result in your order shipping the following business day.
