Not an easy company to work with

I purchased this and when I show up on a Saturday I was told I could only pick it up Monday - Friday. It just seemed to me like they could have easily just given me the bucket of chlorine and not make me make a second trip. Seems like a strange way to do business. I work during the week and it was inconvenient that I had to come back. When I did come back they were very nice but I do not think I will shop with them again.
