Ordered a Hayward variable speed Omni pool pump to replace one which went out. Picked it up about 24 hours after order was placed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price and product was of the quality of the product was what I hoped for. The only drawback to this was having to pick it up in a fairly narrow window. Thought this motivated me to get it done earlier. In hindsight, picking it up one day and installing the next was a better plan than trying to install same day. It is very hot here. Picking it up, moving it to the location, unboxing, and reading the installation manual was accomplished early the first day. This particular pump has controls which although the instruction were clear, the existing control board had numbering sequence opposite of what was expected and it turns out the original pump was installed without gaskets. The pump came with new control wiring so I replaced. So after finding leaks (before energizing) and realizing there were rubber gaskets with the new pump it took 4 hours, pump was successfully installed next day. No more worry about a stagnant pool. Manual states this installation is to be by a trained professional. This type of project was not for the unskilled as there are a variety of tools necessary as well as relatively complicated control and 240V wiring. Including the very important bonding wiring. I was comfortable due to my skill levels to do this installation, but I believe most folks will want to hire a trained professional.

I found TS Pool Supply on the internet looking for a very specific assembly of replacement parts for my Pentair pool sweep and they had exactly what I needed including serial numbers and they even beat Amazon Prime on costs, and matched with quick shipping and tracking all the way to my door step. First time using them, but won't be the last.

FAQ
Our expert staff answers customer's most asked questions.
Where should you not use a patio heater?
You never want to use your patio heater indoors as this can pose a danger to carbon monoxide exposure, which can be deadly.
Can I use a propane heater on a screened-in porch?
Yes. Always exercise caution with placement of your patio heater as extreme heat can cause glass to burst if too close and always place your patio heater at least 24" from all walls, glass doors and windows, and ceiling.
Can Shasta Pure be added to an existing pool?
Yes, Shasta Pure can be added to existing pools. However, the current equipment setup and water quality need to be assessed to ensure ideal installation and results. Shasta Pure is designed to replace traditional chlorine, salt chlorine generating systems, or other sanitation systems.
