Shopping with Shasta was an excellent experience. I followed a link from an email from Shasta for a salt cell for my pool, which I needed. They advertised an open box deal which was hundres of dollars less expensive than anywhere else I could find the equivalent part for online.
I accidentlh placed an order for the part to pick up at the wrong location. Communicating through email, Zachary and Chuck quickly resolved the problem and changed the location to the location closer to my home.
I've also shopped for pool deck paint from Shasta. Not only was the price better than anywhere else I could find online, the product was available quickly from my store.
