If your Pentair Legend or Platinum pool cleaner is getting stuck in corners or having difficulty running, the issue could just be the Back-Up valve. The LL10PM back-up valve is a timed gear assembly that pulls the vacuum free when it gets stuck. 

Who is this for?

Owners whose pressure-side cleaner keeps hanging up on steps, ladders, or in corners instead of backing itself out. The valve will jiggle the vacuum every three and a half minutes on a timer, to get the cleaner out of tight spots automatically. This prevents constant troubleshooting you may have with your vacuum.
