I told my neighbor Charles that the Almaschool pickup location was no longer an option when I placed an online order. Charles took the time to pick it up for me (25mi further) and even dropped it off at my backyard. Thanks Charles I appreciate it very much!

FAQ
Our expert staff answers customer's most asked questions.
What are Trade Grade products and how does their warranty differ?
Trade Grade products are Pentair items that must be purchased from a retail store, pool builder, or pool service company to receive extended warranty coverage. These products can receive a one-year, two-year, or three-year warranty. If purchased online, they only receive a sixty-day limited warranty.
How often should I drain my pool?
It is recommended to drain your pool every three years to eliminate accumulated chemicals and dust. This varies depending on many environmental conditions like fill water and the type of chlorination you are using. Our advice is to have your water tested before and after by a local pool professional.
My Pool water gets too hot in the summer to enjoy it. What can I cool it down with?
Many heat pumps now come with a option to cool the water. Click here to view our heat pumps with this option.
